Nite White® Tooth Whitening

How Nite White® Works

The Nite White product, by Discus Dental®, uses a combination of carbamide peroxide and amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) to not only whiten the teeth enamel but also help rebuild the enamel.

Once our office has determined that you are a good candidate for Nite White® with healthy teeth and gums, your mouth will be fitted for custom whitening trays. These trays will serve as the holding devices to keep the whitening gel positioned correctly on the teeth. The trays can be worn at night or even during the day.

The Nite White® gel is available in different strengths (10%, 16% or 22%) as well as different flavors (cherry or mint). The patient will place the gel into the mouthpieces via a special syringe that is designed to help patients apply the correct amount of gel each time.
