In a dental practice, longevity is important not just for the dentist, but for the staff as well. If you want consistent, high-quality care, you need employees who are committed to quality and to the long term. Jobs come and go, but family is forever, and at Smiles by Sands, we are happy to have quality people who are not just employees, but members of the Sands family as well. Amanda, one of our staff members, has been with us since we opened our doors. And several other team members have been with us since graduating their internships or hygiene school.

Our cosmetic dentistry practice is more than a business: it's a family, and we invest quality time in that family. We hold weekly meetings and team events designed to maintain the team bond and to maintain our quality of service at the highest possible level. Just to name a few destinations, we have traveled to San Diego, Las Vegas, and San Francisco together. We also participate in quarterly events in which we foster the family bond outside the office environment. Some of these quarterly events have included going to Disneyland, bowling, Jerry’s Deli, Burke Williams Spa and The Cheesecake Factory.
